We provide technology transfer for KW-Nitriding Treatment (KW-NT) and KW-Heat Treatment (KW-HT).
We provide a complete SOP to control the process and quality of mold nitriding and heat treatment. This allows mold factories, die-casting plants, and hot forging plants to have in-house nitriding and heat treatment equipment and technology. Consequently, molds do not need to be transported to other factories, saving processing time and ensuring precise quality control, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the company’s products.

1. KW-NT Equipment: General electric tempering furnace, Max 650°C.
