Who We Are
Established in 1992, KanWay Industrial has been a pioneer in surface treatment technology. For our first decade, we were the sole company in Taiwan dedicated exclusively to surface nitriding treatment (KW-NT series). We specialize in extending the service life of High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) and Hot Forging molds, meeting the strictest demands for durability and performance.
Foundation & Market Leadership (1992 - 2002)
Establishing Market Dominance
In our initial stage, we focused on solving mold longevity issues. Our dedication to quality led to a significant achievement: 90% of Japanese companies in Taiwan utilizing nitriding treatments for export molds adopted KanWay’s KW series technology
R&D & Innovation (2002 - 2005)
Technological Breakthroughs
Expanding beyond surface treatment, we entered a joint research and development phase with National Taiwan University. By integrating theory with practice, we developed the Water Mist Quenching Heat Treatment (KW-HT). This technology enables molds to meet NADCA oil quenching standards, effectively enhancing their service life.
Global Expansion (2005 - Present)
International Expansion
As manufacturing technologies crossed borders, KanWay followed the global supply chain. At the request of our Japanese clients, we began transferring our nitriding and heat treatment technologies overseas. Today, we have successfully operated in China and India for over 20 years, bringing our advanced solutions to the global market.
