Unlike traditional oil quenching which causes pollution and fire hazards, our system uses Water Mist to achieve rapid cooling with Zero Pollution. The precise cooling rate control meets NADCA acceptance criteria for Charpy impact tests.
3-Stage Cooling Process Control
Stage 1 (1030~700°C)
Control Deformation: Prevents carbide precipitation and controls the direction of mold deformation.
Stage 2 (700~500°C)
Avoid Pearlite: Rapid cooling through this range prevents the formation of Pearlite structure.
Stage 3 (500~300°C)
Avoid Bainite: Controlled cooling ensures the optimal transformation to Martensite, avoiding Bainite formation.
